Vibrational noise is a big issue in the automotive industry. A hard working engine, uneven road surface and air resistance at any speed will act upon a vehicle to cause vibration. Add to that the fact that car panels are often big metal sheets with little support structure behind them and you have a recipe for noise. Fortunately we have products that act to stiffen up these panels to create a more solid platform, less susceptible to unwanted vibration.

Dynamat Xtreme is the best performing vibrational dampener available and a key ally in the battle against unwanted noise. A simple peel and stick product, it can be adhered to any panel that is producing unwanted noise and then left to do its job. It is most often used on the firewall, floor, doors and boot, however it will function on anything making vibrational noise. It is available in different sheet sizes and quantities depending on exactly what you’re trying to achieve.

Similar to Xtreme is Superlite, essentially a thinned down version of Xtreme for situations where weight is critical. It uses the same high quality Aluminium and patented formula of standard Xtreme, just with a significant weight saving at the cost of slightly lower dampening performance.
